Hi, I'm James
I founded Morella Mocktails after over a decade working in hospitality, where my love for mixology really began. Cocktail making taught me so much about flavour, balance and creating a drink that feels special, but it also showed me a major gap. I kept seeing people who couldn’t or chose not to drink being left with little to no real options. There was nothing in the Irish alcohol-free cocktail space that offered real flavour or the feeling of a true cocktail experience. I knew there had to be a better way.
Morella Mocktails was founded in Cavan and is made here in Ireland. From the beginning, my goal has been to bring proper cocktail craft to the alcohol-free space and create mocktails that feel just as satisfying, sophisticated and enjoyable as the drinks I spent years making behind the bar.
Each drink is developed with care, focusing on depth, aroma, texture and the kind of flavour finish you’d expect from a well-made cocktail. We work with trusted local partners, support Irish industry and use recyclable packaging wherever possible.
Morella is all about giving people a better option. Whether someone is not drinking for wellness, pregnancy, health, early mornings or simply personal preference, they deserve a drink they can feel proud to hold and excited to enjoy.
